Calvin and Hobbes

Bill Watterson's cartoon Calvin and Hobbes represented the finest of the golden age of newspaper cartoons.  It's only serious competitor was Dilbert and The Far Side.

Thanks for the great cartoons, Mr. Watterson!

A take-off on the original Calvin and Hobbes, two guys that were less fun.

I used to read the funnies religiously, my hubby still does, but don't see them the same as they used to be. Thanks for the memory!

I'm surprised but gratified that people remember Calvin and Hobbes, a great comic strip.

Some of the funniest cartoons ever were the ones showing the bizarre snowmen that Calvin built each winter. They were truly classic cartoons!
