Pretty good, but shouldn't the hamburgers make her a bit more chunky?
Hamburgers do. But she can go with sliders or tofuburgers, do yoga, step aerobics, run in place, cycling, or others. But muffin tops are perfectly fine in the USA, California excepted.
New Orleans is one of the more overweight cities; and Mississippi is the heaviest state.
